'GH' Scribes on Franco and Elizabeth: "We're Not Trying to Rip Apart This Nice Couple"

Will Elizabeth be torn between two men on General Hospital?
Is Dr. Griffin Monro (Matt Cohen) going to come between Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) on General Hospital?

GH Co-Head Writers Shelly Altman and Jean Passanante answered that very question in the January 2, 2017 issue of Soap Opera Digest.

Tom Baker Bites the Dust on 'General Hospital'

Tom Baker will soon turn up dead on General Hospital
Tom Baker (Don Harvey) will soon turn up dead on General Hospital, but who is responsible for putting viewers out of their misery?

I imagine Franco (Roger Howarth) will find himself a prime suspect, but do we really think he is guilty? I say Tom's brother Seth (Michael Rodrick) will turn out to be the culprit.

General Hospital can't please everybody, but I had become a huge fan of Franco and Elizabeth's (Rebecca Herbst) romance. Herbst creates magic with all of her scene partners, but she is particularly good with Howarth.

The sooner the focus returns to their love story, the happier I will be.

Don Harvey On Rebecca Herbst: "I Had Such a Crush on Her"

Rebecca Herbst
Although I am not a fan of his current story, there isn't any denying that Don Harvey, who plays Elizabeth's (Rebecca Herbst) rapist on General Hospital, is doing a great job.

Harvey also happens to be a huge fan of Herbst, like I am.
