Joseph Ferrante revealed on instagram he has been cast in the role of Marcus on Days of our Lives

"Officially on board for an episode, playing MARCUS. Filming at the end of the month!
#daysofourlives #nbc," he posted.

Yesterday, Serial Scoop posted a video of actor Myles Forster auditioning for this character. In the now deleted video, Marcus is revealed to be working for Deimos (Vincent Irizary).

Next week on Days of our Lives, Marlena (Deidre Hall) runs into Anna (Leann Hunley) in Prague, and soon discovers that her old frenemy has murder on her mind.

While Marlena wants to find Stefano alive to help get Hope (Kristian Alfonso) out of prison, Anna wants to find him so she can kill him!

Austin (Austin Peck) and Carrie (Christie Clark) soon show up, and Carrie has a warning for her mother. "Stay out of this!"

Meanwhile, Chloe is out of her coma. Chloe and Nancy know they must tell Nicole that Holly is her baby before Deimos has a chance to spill the beans. By weeks end, she prepares to reveal all.

Chloe tells Nicole, "I have something really important that I need to tell you."

Will Chloe move forward with her decision once she overhears Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) confirming her worst fears about him?

Dot-Marie Jones Exits 'Days of our Lives'

Well, that certainly was fast! Dot-Marie Jones exits Days of our Lives this week when her character Chillie meets a fatal end in prison.

If you have been following her story, you already know that Chillie was hired by Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) to make sure that Hope (Kristian Alfonso) was getting protection in the slammer. Unfortunately, it appears that Chillie is the one who needed the protection!

Sparks Fly Between Deimos and Eve on 'Days of our Lives'

Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) and Eve (Kassie DePaiva) cross paths today on Days of our Lives, and it could be the start of something big between the two characters.

Irizarry hinted at this when he tweeted support to the popular DePaiva, who had recently announced she had been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. "Waiting for your return to @nbcdays #deimos & #eve have some unfinished business!"

Now that Eve and Nicole (Arianne Zucker) have become friends, it seems the perfect time for Eve to show interest in Nicole's man.

Get well Kassie! We will enjoy the time we have with Eve right now, and are looking forward to seeing a lot more of Eve's possible relationship with Deimos in the future.

Patrika Darbo Set For Additional Episodes on 'Days of our Lives'

We haven’t seen the last of Nancy Wesley on Days of our Lives. Actress Patrika Darbo, who created the role of Chloe’s (Nadia Bjorlin) hilarious mom in 1999, will be seen again in the role soon.

When asked by a fan on twitter when she would be returning to DAYS, Darbo responded. “Airing in late Dec/Jan. Filming Jan."

Darbo briefly appeared in scenes with Vincent Irizarry (Deimos) in early November, and John Paul Lavoisier (Philip) earlier this month.

Tomorrow, on the Monday December 12, 2016 episode of Days of our Lives, Philip (John Paul Lavoisier), under the influence of truth serum, is questioned by Deimos (Vincent Irizarry), about Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin).

Irizary tells Soap Opera Digest, "As far as this baby is concerned, Philip hasn't been forthcoming about anything, Deimos already knows that he's not going to get anything from Philip just by asking him. So Deimos decides the best thing to do is put Philip under a drug that causes him to tell the truth."

Meanwhile, Eve (Kassie DePaiva) catches up with both Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and Jennifer (Melissa Reeves). Eve and Jennifer bond over the deaths of Paige and Abigail, although viewers know that Abby is very much alive.

Elsewhere, Chad (Billy Flynn) visits Hope (Kristian Alfonso) in prison. Is Chad going to forgive Hope for murdering his father?

Nadia Bjorlin was set to first air on June 8, but now her date of arrival will be Friday, June 10.

Deimos has promised to marry Kate, but his heart belongs to Nicole. Both women aren't happy with him, and they plan on letting him have it!
