Earlier this week, Daytime Confidential teased that our beloved Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) was finally going to get some action on General Hospital. Jamey Giddens said, "I will tease you with this... he's a doctor and he's the ex-hubby of another beloved veteran character. Those are the only clues you're getting!

Today, Jon Lindstrom returned to GH as Dr. Kevin Collins, and he was also once married to Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring).

In GH's latest promo, it features Laura and Kevin sharing coffee and conversation. Is romance brewing?

Laura needs a romance that doesn't involve Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary), and Kevin seems like a great candidate. What would Scotty (Kin Shriner) and Lucy think?

'General Hospital' Promo: Catch The Fever!

General Hospital has released its latest promo, and it seems as though it will be a spring to remember!

Many of our favorite couples are giving into passion, Laura (Genie Francis) spends some time with Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom), and Sam (Kelly Monaco) tells Kristina (lexi Ainsworth), "I do not kiss and tell!"

'General Hospital' Adds Anthony Montgomery as Dr. Andre Maddox

Soap Opera Digest is reporting that General Hospital has cast actor Anthony Montgomery in the role of Dr. Andre Maddox, a psychiatrist who takes over Anna's (Finola Hughes) case from Kevin (Jon Lindstrom).

How soon before Dr. Maddox finds love in Port Charles? I'm sure we will find soon. Montgomery is slated to make his first appearance on November 6.

Jon Lindstrom Returns to 'General Hospital'

Jon Lindstrom is reprising his role of Dr. Kevin Collins next week on General Hospital, according to Soap Opera Digest. Lindstrom reveals, "I was very happily surprised to get a call from [Casting Director] Mark Teschner asking if I’d be interested in making some appearances. I was so pleased to go and romp with my old friends at GH again!"

One can only hope that Kevin has plans to institutionalize Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Morgan (Bryan Craig) ASAP.

Tony Stark Played Kevin Collins on Wednesday's 'General Hospital'

The role of Dr. Kevin Collins on ABC soap opera General Hospital was played by Tony Stark on Wednesday. After Jake (Billy Miller) bailed on his session with Kevin, Carly (Laura Wright) learned Jake had never met with Kevin before.

Jon Lindstrom, who has played the role on and off on both GH and spin-off series Port Charles, was unavailable on the day of the shoot because he was busy at this new gig on the upcoming second season of HBO's True Detective.
