'General Hospital' Alum Tristan Rogers Drinks and Tweets.

Tristan Rogers
General Hospital alum Tristan Rogers (Ex-Robert), who will soon reprise his role of Colin on The Young and the Restless, never fails to entertain on twitter.

Tonight is no exception, as the outspoken actor has had a couple of drinks and is ready to answer any question you have for him.

Rogers tweeted, "Sooooo ask me some "dum ass" stupid question. I've had a drink or three."

A fan took him up on that offer and asked the actor, "what would be your dream storyline if/when Robert would return to GH?"

Rogers answered, "Something that makes sense. So clearly it ain't going to happen."

I think he follows the General Hospital we all do!

Correction: An earlier version of this article stated Rogers deleted his answer to the above tweet.

Flashback: Tristan Rogers On a Possible 'General Hospital' Return "NOT EVEN AT GUNPOINT"

Tristan Rogers
In the August 18, 1992 issue of Soap Opera Weekly, it was reported that Tristan Rogers didn't have any desire to return to General Hospital. You can read the full article below.

NOT EVEN AT GUNPOINT"-- that was Tristan Rogers' response to a fan asking whether the Australian actor would ever return to General Hospital.

Rogers was a guest at John Reilly's (Sean) seventh annual fan-club champagne brunch at the Beverly Ramada in Beverly Hills, Calif., July 25.

"I don't miss the show that much, OK?-- so that gives you an idea. Let's put that one to rest right now," he said, after Reilly asked him for an update on his life since he left GH last March.

'General Hospital' Gives Viewers a Super Soap-worthy Team

Mac, Felicia, Robert, and Anna teamed up on General Hospital
On the Tuesday February 2 episode of General Hospital, Robert (Tristan Rogers) and Anna (Finola Hughes) found themselves trapped together in prison, but Mac (John J York) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) came to the rescue!

The chemistry these four actors share is electric, and reminds me of a time when Port Charles felt like home. Although they received minimal airtime, they managed to bring a sense of joy and history to the show that is often lacking.

Tristan Rogers Staying at 'The Young and the Restless' for Another Year as Colin Atkinson

Tristan Rogers
Tristan Rogers reports on Twitter that has signed a new contract to remain on The Young and the Restless as Colin Atkinson for another year.

"I am at Y&R for another year," he posted. "Doesn't mean I won't do other stuff. But my mind is there and I want to make it prominent in daytime."

"So what can I say? Not a whole lot. However, it seems more compelling than some of the 'fare' we've had of late. Think you'll like it."

Rogers originated the role of Colin in 2010, left the following year, then came back in 2012 just long enough for Colin to get arrested and carted off to prison in Australia. Colin regained his freedom and returned to Genoa City in February, 2014.
