'Acting Dead' Available to Binge-Watch For Free

After racking up numerous festival accolades and awards, the biting zombie comedy Acting Dead, finally released it's entire first season online at www.actingdead.com for your bloody binge-watching enjoyment.

Acting Dead tells the story of Tate Blodgett (Brian Beacock), a down on his luck, unemployed actor, who after being turned down for role after role, decides to take his career into his own hands, and becomes a Zombie, simply so he can finally get work in the many Zombie movies and television shows. Along the way, he meets Alex Carboneux (Jillian Clare), a former child star, who's temper has stalled her career, until she also decides to take matters in her own hands, which doesn't turn out so well either.

The series boasts an impressive group of talent including Beacock, his co-lead Jillian Clare, plus series regulars Chris Galya, Patrika Darbo, Paul Nygro and John Yelvington with Season One guest stars Debbie Gibson, Eric Martsolf, Carolyn Hennesy, Sean Kanan, John J. York, Cocoa Brown, Christine Lakin, Lori Alan, Erin Matthews, Gary and Larry Lane, Peter Allen Vogt, Sheila Sheila, Mitch Silpa and Jacee Jule.

Acting Dead is a semi-dark comedy about Zombies, set in the world of Hollywood. Funny, quirky and weird, Acting Dead has brains and an appetite for sarcasm and satire. Imagine Arrested Development meets Shawn of the Dead with an occasional shout out to Romero. It's fast paced and smart, and so ridiculous you're sure to have the time of your afterlife. Feature Film 'Limelight' Announces Cast!

Paul Vandervort
Vandervort Entertainment announces the cast for new feature film Limelight, including Jonathan Lipnicki (Jerry Maguire), Jenna Jameson (Private Parts) and Rachel True (Half & Half).

June 11th, 2015 – Los Angeles, CA - Production begins this week for Limelight, a beautifully gritty drama about fame, obsession, and vanity in Hollywood. The film follows small-town, social media obsessed narcissist Miles Chance (Paul Vandervort) and his journey to Hollywood in pursuit of fame.

The film is directed by up-and-comer James Cullen Bressack, who has already completed 10 feature films at the age of 23. His last two projects were a pilot with Eli Roth and a film starring Shannen Doherty and Tom Green. His film Pernicious goes to limited theatrical and VOD beginning June 19th.

In addition to writing the screenplay for Limelight, Paul Vandervort (Hollywood Miles) is both producing and acting in the project. Vandervort says of the film, “My goal with Limelight is to take the classic ‘small-town kid goes to big city’ scenario, but dig deeper to comment on the narcissism of Hollywood behind the scenes to tell a story that we really haven’t seen yet. To help with this, we are using a handful of actors against their normal ‘type,’ like Jenna Jameson in a serious, non-sexual role.”

The cast also includes: Timmy Deters (Bad News Bears), Sean Kanan (The Karate Kid, Part III) Mike C. Manning, (Disney’s Cloud 9), Teri Andrez (Sorority Row), David Chokachi (Baywatch), Dante Basco (Hook), Erin Sanders (Zoey 101), Bruce Vilanch (Get Bruce), Jason Brooks (Star Trek), Kirsten Nelson (Psych), Eddie Steeples (My Name Is Earl), Ciara Hanna (Power Rangers Megaforce), Najarra Townsend (Contracted), and Ryan Ahern (Argo).

Deacon Sharpe Returns on 'The Bold and the Beautiful' (Mini Recap)

Hope's "Daddy", Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan), returned
on Friday's episode of The Bold and the Beautiful.

Friday's episode of The Bold and the Beautiful (June 13, 2014) focused on Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer), who barged into Liam's (Scott Clifton) place so she could plead Wyatt's (Darin Brooks) case to Hope (Kim Matula). Quinn informed them that Wyatt had cut ties with her, and was just as angry at her as everyone else. She tried to convince Hope that choosing Liam was a reaction to what happened to Ridge, and asked Hope not to punish Wyatt for her actions. Hope explained that she loved Liam, and Wyatt would always be part of their lives, as the uncle to their future children. Meanwhile, Wyatt packed up his things at the office with Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) providing a sympathetic ear. Later, Quinn was at the Bikini Bar, downing whiskey, when a man approached her. To get rid of the guy she assumed wanted to pick her up, she explained why her day had been so terrible: she lost her job and caused her son to lose his dream woman, Hope Logan. The man recognized Hope's name as his daughter's. It was Deacon Sharpe! How will Quinn react to finding out that Deacon is Hope's father? Is Ridge ever coming home? Tune in on Friday to start finding out.

Performer of the Day: Sean Kanan as Deacon Sharpe. He made the most of the limited screen time Deacon was given in his first day back. Kanan delivered the Friday tag line perfectly (see below).

Runner Up: Rena Sofer as Quinn Fuller. It was a Quinn day on B&B and Sofer always delivers.

Line of the Day: Deacon to Quinn, after she asked him if he recognized the name Hope Logan: "Know her? Honey, I'm her daddy."
