A new CBS promo for Y&R teases fevers are rising in February.
The latest promo for CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless promises your fever will rise during February and makes it case with shots of some of the show's sexiest stars.

'The Young and the Restless' Promo: Dylan Takes on Joe Clark

This week's The Young and the Restless promo is the kind of thing you see just before a soap opera character gets killed off, or at least shot a few times. Dylan McAvoy (Steve Burton) is fed up with Avery's ex, Joe Clark (Scott Elrod), and is going to do something about it. But what? Is Joe going to be murdered?

Watch 'The Young and the Restless' Stars Scott Elrod, Burgess Jenkins, Gina Tognoni & Justin Hartley on 'The Talk' (Video)


New The Young and the Restless actors Scott Elrod, Justin Hartley, Burgess Jenkins and Emmy winner Gina Tognoni visited The Talk on Friday, October 24.

Jenkins took over the role of Billy Abbott on the soap in June. Tognoni debuted as the new Phyllis Summers Newman in August. Elrod first appeared at the end of September as Avery's ex, Joe Clark. Hartley is scheduled to debut in the role of Adam Newman on November 5.

Hartley was asked what he could reveal about the new Adam.

"They've done a really great job of getting me in there, getting my story out really quickly, and moving on," Hartley revealed.

Tognoni joked about learning not to drink coffee when portraying a character in a coma.

'The Young and the Restless' Stars Scott Elrod, Justin Hartley, Burgess Jenkins and Gina Tognoni Visit 'The Talk' on October 24

will appear on The Talk, Friday, October 24.
CBS continues a trend of cross promoting its daytime shows when four recent additions to the cast of The Young and the Restless appear on The Talk. Actors Scott Elrod, Justin Hartley, Burgess Jenkins and Emmy winner Gina Tognoni will visit the talk show on Friday, October 24.

Jenkins took over the role of Billy Abbott on the soap in June. Tognoni debuted as the new Phyllis Summers Newman in August. Elrod first appeared at the end of September as Avery's ex, Joe Clark. Hartley is scheduled to debut in the role of Adam Newman on November 5.

The Talk is hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood. The October 24 episode will include news anchor Pat Harvey of KCBS-TV, Los Angeles as guest co-host; Neil Patrick Harris discussing his new autobiography; and chef Reed Alexander, who cooks a rustic roasted chicken dinner.

Scott Elrod Joins 'The Young and the Restless' as Joe Clark on October 1

Scott Elrod has joined the cast of The Young and the Restless.
Scott Elrod has joined the cast of CBS daytime soap opera The Young and the Restless in the contract role of Joe Clark He will make his first appearance on Wednesday October 1.

Joe is the ex-husband of attorney/cooking show host Avery Clark (Jessica Collins).

Joe and Avery's marriage fell apart when Avery began her affair with war vet Dylan McAvoy (Steve Burton), but she has always felt guilty for betraying her husband.
