'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Season 5 Trailer Released, Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson Join Cast

Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna join the RHOBH cast for Season 5.
Kyle Richards has called the upcoming season of Bravo's The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) the show's "most intense" ever. From the looks of the newly released trailer, it just might be.

New cast members Lisa Rinna (Days of our Lives) and Eileen Davidson (The Young and the Restless, Days of our Lives) join vets Brandi Glanville, Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, Kim Richards, and Yolanda Foster for Season 5.

In the trailer, Vanderpump gets slapped in the face, while Rinna throws a wine glass at Richards.

"Being an actor people assume that you love to have the attention focused on you: 'Please pay attention to me, don't pay attention to me, please pay attention to me...'" Davidson jokes.

Later, at dinner, Davidson then tells Glanville, "Don't f**king call me a homewrecker," which leads Glanville to later throw water in her face.

Lisa Rinna & Eileen Davidson Join 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' for Season 5, Yolanda Foster, Brandi Glanville, Kim Richards, Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump All Return

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 5 cast.
Bravo Media's The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills premieres another season of over-the-top glamour and underhanded drama on Tuesday, November 18 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Yolanda Foster, Brandi Glanville, Kim Richards, Kyle Richards and Lisa Vanderpump are joined for season five by new housewives and soap stars, Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson. Lisa Rinna, a longtime friend of both Kyle and Lisa Vanderpump, brings her playfulness and outspokenness to the group. The entertainer, whose credits span Days Of our Lives and Melrose Place, introduces fellow newcomer, 2014 Emmy-winning Days Of our Lives compatriot Eileen Davidson.

After a sudden and secret departure from Puerto Rico at the end of last season, Lisa Vanderpump is still wary of her formerly close friends, but is beginning to reconnect with Yolanda and Kyle. She has no interest in making amends with Brandi, who is also struggling to move past her own hurt. The ladies all come face-to-face at Kyle’s annual White Party and the over-the-top event is bigger and better than ever now that Mauricio’s real estate agency is selling houses upwards of $50 million. The social event of the season brings original Beverly Hills housewives Adrienne Maloof, Camille Grammer and Taylor Armstrong back together. As unresolved issues come to the surface, Brandi is faced with making amends with both Lisa and Adrienne at the same event.

Lisa Rinna Joins Cast of 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills'

Lisa Rinna joins RHOBH.
It’s official! Radar Online reports that actress Lisa Rinna has signed on for the fifth season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Rinna has starred as Billie Reed in Days of our Lives and Taylor McBride in Melrose Place, as well as her own reality show, Harry Loves Lisa, about her relationship with husband Harry Hamlin. She most recently was seen in musical transformation series Sing Your Face Off.

After mulling over offers to join The View and RHOBH, Rinna signed on the dotted line with Bravo.

Rinna's decision comes after she made a trial run in front of the cameras at Kyle Richards' White Party in late June. An insider told Radar, "Lisa is getting along with many of the ladies, with the exception of Brandi and Yolanda Foster. Brandi’s problem with Lisa is that she is happily married, and has two beautiful daughters. According to Brandi, Lisa has the perfect life, and she is very jealous of that."

Last week, Glanville hit back on Twitter, insisting, “I’ve met Lisa Rinna several times & she was lovely & I would never be anything but happy for people with great families! #fact”

Stay tuned!

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Lisa Rinna on 'Sing Your Face Off' and Transforming into Dolly Parton and Justin Bieber

Lisa Rinna.
You may recognize Lisa Rinna from her role as the free-spirited Billie Reed on NBC's daytime hit Days of Our Lives, or her "love-to-hate-her" Taylor McBride on Fox's long-running primetime smash, Melrose Place. Perhaps you know her as a New York Times best-selling author who has released three books, or watched her host Soap Talk or compete in All-Star Celebrity Apprentice. From daytime and primetime television to Broadway, fitness videos, books and even a new apparel line for QVC, she has become one of the most recognizable faces in Hollywood.

Rinna's latest project is the ABC talent variety competition series Sing Your Face Off, which features celebrities who are transformed and trained to perform as a legendary musical icon.

Serial Scoop spoke with Rinna this week to find out more about the series and what it's like to transform into artists such as Dolly Parton, Britney Spears, Katy Perry and Justin Bieber. Check out what she had to say below.

SERIAL SCOOP: You have done so many different things over the years, and this is yet another new one. What were your first thoughts when you heard about the project?
LISA RINNA: I thought it was fantastic. I thought it was the greatest thing to be able to sing, dance and act, and I was thrilled when I saw it. I went after it because I really wanted to do it.

SERIAL SCOOP: I thought your Dolly Parton transformation was fantastic. Aside from the singing, your movements and hand motions were really on point as well. The judges did not give you enough credit on that one. What did you think about that?
LISA RINNA: The whole judging thing is a whole animal unto itself so I don't really care about it to be honest with you. [laughs]
