After Peter, played by Ben Hardy, whipped his shirt off in an attempt to charm Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa), it took just minutes for "Peter Beale" to start trending on Twitter.
Sadly, Hardy announced recently that he would be quitting EastEnders later this year.
It has been widely speculated his exit could have something to do with the Lucy Beale storyline his character is currently embroiled in.
Since last year, Albert Square residents have been trying to get to the bottom of who was behind the murder of Peter's sister, Lucy.
Following an eight-month investigation, which has seen a number of leading EastEnders characters as suspects, viewers can finally look forward to finding out who the culprit is next week.
The murderer will finally be revealed during a live episode on February 12, which comes as part of a week-long celebration in honor of the show's 30th anniversary.

Not to mention .. Rather clever to toss Peter's shirt on the kitchen floor like that as it will undoubtedly lead to the discovery of the missing note that's lain hidden and contains a critical piece of information about the murder that investigator, Emma, discovered before she, too, died. EE has been on fire lately. The live shows should be exciting drama.
