Missi Pyle Joins 'Whole Day Down' For Season 2

Whole Day Down is back for its sophomore season and Missi Pyle (Gone Girl, The Artist, Big Fish, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) has joined the cast as Nadine, the philandering wife of lead series character, Patrick (Patrick Breen, Madame Secretary, The Good Wife).

"She is hilarious and hard working," says co-creator Tai Fauci. "Her comedic timing on and off camera is absolute perfection. She was very willing to play, which is important for the show. We put her in a giant dog costume and had her make out with a busty ventriloquist dummy. She committed."

Nadine kept her affair with Patrick's best friend, Willie (Willie Garson, best know for playing Stanford on Sex and the City and Mozzie on White Collar), a secret, including the fact that he may be the real father of her son, leaving Patrick completely in the dark. But Patrick may have some secrets of his own. Will the truth come out before the apocalypse kills them all? Nothing is ever quite as it seems in the world of Whole Day Down, an irreverent, surrealist comedy which LA Weekly describes as “Mulholland Drive meets Arrested Development meets The Exorcist.
