Owen encourages Callie to take on a new project on this week's new episode of Grey's Anatomy, airing Thursday, October 9 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.

Maggie (Kelly McCreary) tries to prove herself and make friends at the hospital, on this week's new episode of Grey's Anatomy, airing Thursday, October 2 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.

In this Maggie centric episode, titled "Puzzle With A Piece Missing," she continues to try to make a positive impression at the hospital but finds herself in extremely unfortunate situations. Meanwhile, Richard continues to hold onto his secret and the doctors work with a dying woman who is being kept alive by her daughter.
