INTELLIGENCE Is The Most-Watched New Series Premiere Of The Season With 16.6 Million Viewers

CBS's new drama INTELLIGENCE debuted to 16.59 million viewers, making it the most-watched new series premiere of the season, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Tuesday, Jan. 7.

At 9:00 PM, the premiere of INTELLIGENCE was first in viewers (16.59m), adults 25-54 (3.7/08) and adults 18-49 (2.4/06). INTELLIGENCE posted the season's largest audience for a new series premiere and the time period's best drama delivery in adults 25-54 since Sept. 24, 2013 and in viewers since March 19, 2013, all while matching NCIS: LOS ANGELES's last three broadcasts in adults 18-49.

Earlier, at 8:00 PM, NCIS was first in viewers (20.65m), adults 25-54 (4.3/11) and adults 18-49 (2.9/08). NCIS posted its largest audience since March 5, 2013.

At 10:00 PM, PERSON OF INTEREST was first in viewers (12.11m), adults 25-54 (3.0/07) and adults 18-49 (2.0/06).

For the night, CBS was first in viewers (16.45m) adults 25-54 (3.7/09) and adults 18-49 (2.4/07).
