According to Nielsen, Days of our Lives (+120,000), The Young and the Restless (+107,000), The Bold and the Beautiful (+48,000), and General Hospital (+54,000) were all up for the week in total viewers. Days of our Lives has released its new promo for the week of January 2, 2017, and it looks like Chad (Billy Flynn) is torn between his feelings for Abby (Marci Miller) and Gabi (Camila Banus). Chad thought his wife was dead, so he moved on with his brother-in-law JJ's (Casey Moss) girlfriend. But now that Abby has returned from the dead, what is Chad going to do? Abby tells Chad she is happy to be back with him, but he tells Gabi, "I fell for you!" Why is Chad talking about his feelings to Gabi, when his wife is back in the picture? Blake Berris Earlier this week, we learned that Days of our Lives alum Blake Berris (ex-Nick) will temporarily step in for Bradford Anderson in the role of Spinelli on General Hospital . Anderson had booked a gig on Showtime's Homeland , and was unavailable to play Spinelli when GH came calling.  Thankfully, Berris was able to step in at the last moment. Now, we have a first airdate for him. The popular actor first appears on Friday, January 13. What will Spinelli be up to during his time in Port Charles this time around? Stay tuned! Getty Images Actor Don Swayze has been cast in the role of Buzz on General Hospital , the January 16, 2017 issue of ABC Soaps in Depth Reports. Tomorrow, on the December 30, 2016 episode of Days of our Lives , Abigail is haunted by images of Chad and Gabi smooching, and has a panic attack. Will she allow Gabi to help her it? I hope Gabi doesn't share that she still has her eye on Chad, as I don't think that news will help the fragile woman through her ordeal! Meanwhile, JJ receives a huge shock. This change of status is reflected by Sarpy no longer appearing with the other contract cast members during the closing credits of GH.

Barbara Tarbuck General Hospital alum Barbara Tarbuck, who began playing Lady Jane Jacks, Jax's (Ingo Rademacher) mother in 1996, passed away on December 27 at the age of 74. She last appeared on GH in 2010. Trained on a Fulbright Grant to the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, Barbara's New York theatre work included "Landscape & Silence" by Harold Pinter, "Water Engine" by David Mamet, Neil Simon's "Brighton Beach Memoirs" and "Broadway Bound", Joseph Chaikin's production of "America Hurrah!", and "Enter The Night" by Marie Irene Fornes.

Tomorrow, on the December 28, 2016 episode of Days of our Lives , Marlena, Steve, and Kayla continue to reel from Shane's news that Stefano may be alive. They take a trip down memory lane and recall how Stefano has impacted their lives over the years. Meanwhile, Rafe asks Andre if he can have Stefano's body exhumed. Andre and Kate are stunned by the request, but Andre gives his approval. Rafe later reveals that Stefano is indeed alive.

NBC/Sony Pictures Television It was announced months ago that Christie Clark and Austin Peck were briefly reprising their roles of Carrie and Austin on Days of our Lives , and now we finally have a return date for the popular duo. Glamour  reports that Clark and Peck will first air on January 11, in scenes with Deidre Hall (Marlena) and Leann Hunley (Anna). The actress says there is a significant chance we may see Austin and Carrie back in Salem.

Andy Demetrio Actor Andy Demetrio has been cast in the short-term role of Milos on Days of our Lives , according to his imdb page. The actor is set to appear in at least five episodes of the soap, beginning on May 9, 2017. Demetrio's credits include roles in Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders , The Last Ship , The Full English , and The Ben Show with Ben Hoffman . Now, Berris is responding to fans who aren't happy that he will be playing the role.

Nicole Elston and Lindsay Sterling in Evil Nanny LMN movie Evil Nanny premieres Tuesday, December 27 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. The film stars Lindsay Elston, Nicole Sterling, and Matthew Pohlkamp. A couple hires a live-in nanny to watch the offspring while they work. At first, everything goes perfectly, but when an unsafe incident means the parents no longer want the nanny around, they find out this nanny is savvy at not being evicted from her live-in situation. So savvy, in fact, that she can make these parents' lives a true nightmare. Evil Nanny was written by Naomi L. Selfman, and directed by Jared Cohn. The cast includes Kevin Grady, Gina Hiraizumi, Julian Bane, Stephen Barrington, and Bill Devlin.

Tomorrow, on the December 27, 2016 episode of Days of our Lives , Nicole bonds with Holly, while Deimos and Brady conspire on how to prove Chloe’s little girl is actually Nicole and Daniel’s. Just as the two set their plan in motion, Nancy arrives to put a stop to it.

Bradford Anderson Popular Days of our Lives alum Blake Berris (ex-Nick) will temporarily replace Bradford Anderson in the role of Spinelli on General Hospital in January for several episodes. This news caused some fans to lash out at GH , unable to understand the need for a recast. According to Anderson himself though, the show isn't to blame. The actor isn't on contract with General Hospital , and he simply had to back out on GH at the last minute to take a gig on Homeland .

LMN movie The Wrong House premieres Monday, December 26 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. The film stars Clare Kramer, Tilky Jones, and Allison McAtee. Rebecca Lassiter (Kramer) and her husband Brian (Jones) leave New York City to move to Los Angeles and find the perfect suburban house for them and their young daughter. However, a local personal trainer named Kathleen Strickland (McAtee) has a secret past with this home and becomes distraught when she loses the house to the young couple in a bidding war.

Tomorrow, on the December 26 episode of The Bold and the Beautiful , Ridge proudly gloats to Liam that Quinn was flirting with him when he saw her naked taking a shower.   Later, Quinn asks Ridge if any woman has ever been able to put him in his place. Elsewhere, Liam warns Steffy that her husband Wyatt is going to make her the laughing stock of the business community. Is Liam's love for Steffy different than Wyatt's?  Wyatt sure believes it is! Tomorrow, on the December 26, 2016 episode of Days of our Lives , the presumed dead Abigail confronts Gabi over her budding relationship with Chad. The man in the middle takes off, and the two women have it out. Abby is hurt and angry that Gabi and Chad were together, but Gabi counters that Chad was devastated when he thought Abby was dead, and needed to move on with his life. Will they be able to find common ground?
