Entering its sixth and final 13-episode season, Glee is a musical comedy about a group of ambitious and talented young adults in search of strength, acceptance and, ultimately, their voice.
FOX revealed details about the cast and storylines for Season 6 earlier today.

Over the last five years, the series has followed a dynamic group of high school students from the halls of McKinley to the mean streets of New York City, as they embarked on life after high school.

This season, after her humiliating failure as a TV actress, New Directions' original star, Rachel Berry (Golden Globe Award nominee Lea Michele), comes home to Lima to figure out what she wants to do next. Upon discovering that Sue Sylvester (Emmy Award winner Jane Lynch) has banished the arts at McKinley, Rachel takes it upon herself to reinstate and lead the glee club.
Meanwhile, Blaine Anders (Darren Criss), Sam Evans (Chord Overstreet) and Will Schuester (Matthew Morrison) have all found surprising new gigs in Ohio. Throughout the season, other alumnae also will return to McKinley.
Five new McKinley sophomores, including twin Cheerios Mason and Madison, who are both super-positive and weird, and football stud Spencer, who is "post-Glee gay." Rounding out the glee club will be the unconventionally pretty and drily funny Jane, who joins New Directions after she's turned away by the Warblers, and the shy and chubby Roderic, the show's new underdog who has a voice like Otis Redding.
Max Adler is set to reprise the role of Dave Karofsky, the homophobic bully who turned out to be gay. (Are the rumors true that he will be Blaine's new love interest?)

The series reached its milestone 100th episode this past season with a memorable rendition of the hit that put the show on the map, "Don’t Stop Believin'."
Glee has attracted A-list guest stars, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson, Sarah Jessica Parker, Shirley MacLaine, John Stamos, Kristin Chenoweth, Olivia Newton-John, Britney Spears, Neil Patrick Harris, Peter Facinelli, June Squibb, Demi Lovato and Adam Lambert, among many others.
