Actor Joel Brooks has landed a three-episode stint on The Young and the Restless. He will play Judge Ramsey starting Thursday, July 24, and will share scenes with several Genoa City characters, according to Soaps in Depth.
Brooks many TV and film credits include Days of our Lives, Ryan's Hope, Six Feet Under and Venice.
