Ronn Moss and his band, Player, performed "Baby Come Back" at the Nurses Ball. |
The Nurses Ball continued with the return of Blackie Parrish to Port Charles! Oh wait, that was just a red herring. After Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) introduced Blackie, she found out that he was actually booked out of town and not actually in attendance. Luckily there was a member of the hospital staff that volunteered to go on stage instead: Brad Cooper (Parry Shen). Brad rocked Karmin's "Brokenhearted" while Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) danced and Lucas (Ryan Carnes) and Felix (Marc Anthony Samuel) awkwardly watched.
Nikolas (Tyler Chritopher) and Spencer (Nicolas J.Bechtel) arrived. Spencer was thrilled to see Britt. Cameron (Michael Leone) was less than thrilled to see Spencer, asking his rival what he was wearing. "It's just something I found lying around...Europe," Spencer snarked.

Epiphany killed Mr. Marbles. |
The ladies of Port Charles, dubbed The Haunted Starlets, sang and danced to Icona Pop's "I Love It," proving they could rock the house just as much as Milo and the Magic Wands.
Eddie Gomez (apparently a friend of Maurice Benard) performed "Criminal Love," then it was time for the tango between Spencer and Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer). They were adorable and earnest, and just as Cam dipped his girlfriend, Spencer came on stage with a "bold and beautiful" surprise for him. With a little help from his Grandma Lesley, Player came on stage to sing their #1 smash released in 1977, "Baby Come Back." Backstage, Player bassist Ronn Moss (ex-Ridge, The Bold and the Beautiful) told Spencer he would do anything for Lesley. Spencer revealed he had the new Player album. After all the speculation about who Ronn Moss would be playing on GH, it turned out he was playing himself.
Ned happily informed Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Luke that Luke was now fired from ELQ, and Tracy had been replaced as CEO. Tracy demanded to know who had replaced her. "I did," revealed Michael (Chad Duell).
Performer of the Day: Sonya Eddy as Epiphany Johnson. The person that finally disposed of Mr. Marbles deserves to be recognized!
Runner Up: Parry Shen as Brad Cooper. Brad put it all on the line for Lucas, even pulling him into a passionate kiss.
Line of the Day: "Let's sit down with an adult beverage and catch up." - Spencer Cassadine to Britt Westbourne
Clifftwister of the Day: Spencer's Player surprise. It's hard to believe Spencer has ever heard of Player (was Taylor Swift unavailable?) but the scene finally revealed why Ronn Moss was on General Hospital. "Player" and "Ron Moss" (spelled with one "n") immediately trended on Twitter.
Note: Watch a deleted scene from Monday's episode below in which Epiphany tells Mac that killing Mr. Marbles wasn't personal.
