Phyllis has a beautiful new look on 'The Young and the Restless'

On the December 16, 2016 episode of The Young and the Restless, Phyllis shows off a new look to Summer. Later, Phyllis visits Nick and tells him she needs his help with Summer to plan a party for her.

At the party, Victor tells Noah he is sorry and offers him his old job back. Noah declines. Phyllis surprises everybody with her new hair.

Elsewhere, Jack clashes with Billy, Victoria, and Cane. When Jack is finished playing scrooge, Cane and Billy rip into each other. Victoria loses control.
