William deVry Guest Stars in Tonight's Episode of 'Cedar Cove' on Hallmark Channel

William deVry as Dick Turnball in Cedar Cove on Hallmark Channel.
General Hospital's William deVry guest stars in this week's brand new episode of Debbie Macomber's Cedar Cove, airing Saturday, September 27 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Hallmark Channel. deVry plays Dick, Warren's (Brennan Elliott) slimy business partner, who definitely lives up to his name. In the episode, titled "Stand and Deliver," Eric (Tom Stevens) becomes Dick's unwitting victim as his personal life falls apart. Dirty Dick is trouble, and DeVry delivers his lines with aplomb.

Meanwhile, Olivia (Andie MacDowell) fears that Jack’s (Dylan Neal) new job is too demanding, unaware his drinking problem has returned and is careening out of control. She later comes up with a new plan for their future, leaving Jack dumbfounded. Peggy (Barbara Niven) is terrified when her stalker returns to Cedar Cove. Justine (Sarah Smyth) is forced to sort out her feelings for Luke (Jesse Hutch).

Debbie Macomber, bestselling author of the "Cedar Cove" book series, makes a special appearance.

First Thoughts on Guy Wilson as the New Will Horton on DAYS OF OUR LIVES

Guy Wilson debuted as the new Will Horton on DAYS OF OUR LIVES on Wednesday, January 8, 2014. "You're not gonna believe this!" That was actor Guy Wilson's first line in his debut as the new Will Horton on DAYS OF OUR LIVES. Well, believe it! Over the years many relative unknown thespians, who later turned out to be excellent actors, even Emmy winners, made their daytime soap opera debuts and looked like stiffs. This is a different medium, with a lot of dialogue to memorize, where getting it right on the first take is desired. It's understandable if a new actor in a daytime drama takes not just one, but several episodes to settle in. It's happened time and again so I give them a pass. Luckily, Wilson doesn't need one. He performed like a seasoned pro on Day One.
