Robin Riker Back Again to 'General Hospital'

Robin Riker, who first appeared as Hayden's (Rebecca Budig) mother Naomi Dreyfus this past June, is returning to General Hospital for a brief visit.

The actress was last seen in September, when her character was sent to jail.

The latest issue of Soap Opera Digest reveals Naomi will be back on the canvas later this month.

'General Hospital' June 6 Sneak Peek: Franco Offers to Help Elizabeth Destroy Hayden

Tomorrow on the June 6, 2016 episode of General Hospital, Franco (Roger Howarth) offers to help Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) nab Hayden (Rebecca Budig). Franco tells Elizabeth, "If you're looking to destroy a rival, you've come to the right guy."

Meanwhile, Robin Riker debuts as Hayden's mother Naomi Dreyfus, and her character doesn't receive a warm welcome. Hayden asks Naomi, "What are you even doing here?"

In other Port Charles news, Nathan (Ryan Paevey) finally opens up to Maxie (Kirsten Storms), Lucas (Ryan Carnes) remembers someone trying to kill him, and Jason (Billy Miller) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) try to figure out what happened to Nikolas (Tyler Christopher).

Will Naomi Help Hayden This Week on 'General Hospital'?

Actress Robin Riker (ex-Beth, B&B) will first air as Naomi Dreyfus on General Hospital on May 3, but will her daughter Hayden (Rebecca Budig) be happy to see her?

In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, Riker says she was fascinated by the description of the character, "that she was the wife of a Bernie Madoff-type character and was strong and could stand up for herself, but she did love her daughter. She was a multifaceted character, which is the thing that interested me the most."

This week on General Hospital, Hayden deals with the disappearance of her husband Nikolas. Will Naomi help her daughter in her time of need? Stay tuned!

Robin Riker Joins the Cast of 'General Hospital'

Soap vet Robin Riker (Days of our Lives, The Bold and the Beautiful) has been cast as Hayden's (Rebecca Budig) mother Naomi Dreyfus on General Hospital.

When the casting call went out last month, the character was described as "Caucasian, 60-65. Strong presence, dynamic." The show was seeking "a well known 'name' actress."

Riker will debut in the recurring role on June 3.

Longtime The Young and the Restless star Kate Linder, who plays Esther Valentine, will join a benefit performance of "The Vagina Monologues" on Sunday, May 18, presented by Ensemble Studio Theatre Los Angeles.
