'The Bold and the Beautiful' Amsterdam Spoilers: One Couple Finds Love, Another Falls Apart

Amsterdam was the setting for the latest The Bold and the Beautiful location shoot.

Last week, CBS' Emmy Award-winning daytime soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful went on location to Amsterdam to "film a romantic story on the canals" in the capital city of the Netherlands.

Cast members Ashleigh Brewer (Ivy Forrester), Darin Brooks (Wyatt Spencer), Scott Clifton (Liam Spencer) and Kim Matula (Hope Logan Spencer) participated in the shoot. Popular Dutch actor Ferry Doedens (Lucas Sanders on local soap Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden) was on hand as well, playing a Forrester Creations' local public relations executive.

Ferry Doedens Nabs Role on 'The Bold and the Beautiful'

When CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful shoots scenes in Amsterdam in October, GTST actor Ferry Doedens will appear in a few episodes as the Dutch PR man of Forrester Creations.

"It's an incredible honor to play a role in The Bold and The Beautiful," says the actor, best known for his role as Lucas Sanders in the RTL soap Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden (Good Times, Bad Times).

In January, Doedens' GTST character, Lucas, married Menno Kuiper (Dave Mantel), the first gay wedding on the show. The Backstreet Boys performed their song "Show 'em (What You're Made Of)" at the wedding party.
