Marie Wilson is returning to
Days of our Lives, but not in her previous role of Bree TJaden. This time around, Wilson will be playing Summer. If you recall, a
casting call went out for the role in mid-August. Summer is described as a "passionate loner who has been in and out of institutions." Look for Wilson to first air in early 2016.
Wilson previously played Karen Wexler in
Port Charles and Meg Snyder on
As the World Turns.
Her other credits include
My Synthesized Life,
The Bay,
Criminal Minds and
Workshop, the latter of which earned the actress an Indie Series Award nomination in 2012.
