'Days of our Lives' Hits 16 Month High in Women 18-34

Days of our Lives delivered its top-rated week among women 18-34 in 16 months, averaging a 0.50 rating in that demographic for the week of October 5-9. It's the show's highest score in that category since June 2014, according to "live plus same day" viewing figures from Nielsen Media Research.

For the week, Days averaged a 0.73 rating, 6 share in the women 18-49 demographic and a 0.50 rating in the women 18-34 race, to rank #7 among network daytime series in women 18-49 and #3 in women 18-34.

Week to week, Days of our Lives was up +6% in women 18-49 (0.73 vs. 0.69 for the week of September 28-October 2) and +35% in women 18-34 (0.50 vs. 0.37).

Days of our Lives earned its highest women 18-49 rating since the week of September 7-11 (0.80) and scored its highest women 18-34 rating since June 2-6, 2014 (0.50).

For a third week in a row, Days of our Lives grew week to week in women 18-49 rating (0.73 vs. a 0.69 for September 28-October 2 vs. a 0.68 for Sept. 21-25 and a 0.67 for September 14-18). Last week also saw Days increase week to week for a second week in a row in women 18-49 (0.50 vs. 0.37 vs. 0.35)

In "most current" results for the 2015-16 season thus far, Days of our Lives is tied for #6 among network daytime series in the women 18-49 category and ranks #6 outright in the women 18-34 demo.
