The entire CBS Daytime lineup posted year-to-year growth in viewers, with several delivering their biggest audiences in more than a year, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week of February 16-20, 2015. Freddie Smith Days of our Lives star Freddie Smith (Sonny Kiriakis) was sentenced Wednesday to two years of community control in Ashtabula County Common Pleas court. He also had his driver's license suspended for one year. Smith was leaving a wedding reception in October 2014 when he and his girlfriend Alyssa Tabit crashed on State Route 84. Police say Smith's blood alcohol level was .093. Tabit was seriously injured and continues to recover. "She is doing absolutely fantastic. She has a couple more weeks of physical therapy and she will be back good as new," Smith told Action News reporter Scott Taylor outside the courtroom (see video below). "It was very selfish and I am very sorry for doing it."

Linsey Godfrey The Bold and the Beautiful actress Linsey Godfrey (Caroline Spencer) was hit by a car on February 2 while walking down a street in Los Angeles. She has now been released from the hospital. "Thank you again everyone for your concern," Godfrey tweeted on Saturday. "After two [long weeks] I finally got to go home tonight.
